Hardware Frustrating & Unreliable

After trying this product, I am extremely disappointed. The hardware was difficult to install and once installed, it did not function properly. The adjustable feature was unreliable and caused our door to stick. The only positive is that it had a sleek design. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

Pros
  • Offers adjustable options for exterior hardware, providing flexibility for different door sizes and styles.
Cons
  • May require additional tools or expertise to adjust, making installation more complicated and costly.

Other reviewers have mentioned this issue and after struggling with it for 15 minutes I'm giving up for now. One reviewer said they hammered it in place - I'm afraid the plastic can handle it. Another mentioned loosening…
