I needed a large stainless steel spatula to turn pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches. The ones I had were good but too small and the pancakes popped, broke and warped. Pancakes turn effortlessly. The top and left sides have sharper cut edges, which is nice. I'm left-handed, so the right side would be better. Overall a good buy at a great price.
