I needed a large stainless steel spatula to turn pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches. The ones I had were good but too small and the pancakes popped, broke and warped. Pancakes turn effortlessly. The top and left sides have sharper cut edges, which is nice. I'm left-handed, so the right side would be better. Overall a good buy at a great price. I'm giving 5 stars despite the following points to keep in mind. He is tall. Measurements are accurate. Until it was in my hands I didn't understand what it meant. This is not the manufacturer's fault. The handle is comfortable, made of wood. Nice to use. But I can't put it in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. I knew this when I bought it and knew I had to hand wash it. Looking back, I would have looked for a dishwasher safe handle.
