Bought these for my daughter's 17th birthday party so the kids could make their own pizza. They worked perfectly. Evenly cooked pizza and super easy cleaning. They still look like new. Great product at a decent price.

We use them to make individual pizzas for our pizza oven that we have just built. Be sure to dust the entire base with flour or cornmeal before placing the dough on top. Otherwise, the pizza will not easily slide out of the pan onto the bottom of the pizza oven.

What a great price. We recently installed a wood fired oven in our garden and it is perfect for serving pizza. I've read a few reviews about them getting scratches from pizza cutters, but we use an Epicurean pizza cutter and it doesn't damage the tray.

We use these little pizza trays to make pizza from large tortillas. This recipe is not for purists, but it is quick and low in calories. Top with regular pizza topping. Dust the pan with some cornmeal to make it easier to clean, but we had no trouble cleaning it.

These aluminum pans are great for lining uncooked pizza. We make 10+ small pizzas at a time. All pizzas have to be ready to bake, so we put them on these pans and when it comes time to pop them in the pizza oven, they immediately slip onto the skin (with lots of cornmeal or something). That's a lot for six of them. They can be made to serve pizza and I'm sure they will do a great job. But I have discovered (and am still discovering) many other uses for them. Think of it as a strong, durable, heat-resistant round piece. however, a sturdy paper plate holder - a standard cheap paper plate fits nicely on one of these, providing a sturdy, fail-safe base.
