Perfect fit for my Hunter fan

Perfect fit for my 2 year old Hunter Bridgeport fan. Not the first time I've had this problem with Hunter, fans won't buy again! Hunter used to tell me this bullshit that they were only for fans and I had to buy them. Of course they were backordered for 2 months. They're full of you know what. I ordered this from Revain and it is identical to the one I received. The replacement took 10 minutes and works like new.

  • Great price

Two speeds, not three

blocks do not work at medium speed. I have 6 Hunter fans of the same model 21359. I ordered 2 of them as spares. I recently replaced a capacitor with one of these and there was an issue with the speed of these devices. High speed is ok, medium speed is low, and low is low (no medium speed). Tried different capacitors, same result. I replaced the fan assembly with another one and all three speeds are fine. You were properly connected. I contacted the seller and they told me there was something…

the picture looks just like the little ones that really fit in.

Misleadingly, the picture looks like tiny things that would actually fit in a ceiling fan. Of course the description says the measurements are in mm, of course when I do the conversion yes it's exactly the size they are talking about, HUGE! I'm only writing this to maybe save others from making the same mistake. Too hassle to send them back, for $6 or so, they're in the trash. I will be buying some in Sutherland that will actually fit in a small ceiling fan junction box. I will say this is the…

Fast, simple and effective

My 2 year old Hunter Five Minute fan has stopped working. I didn't think it was the motor so I removed the case with the pull chain. The capacitor is about an inch and a half long with a gray box that is easy to see. I found the capacitor model number and UF outlet numbers and it was easy to find a replacement here at Revain. 15 minutes to swap and everything works. When ordering, do not rely solely on the capacitor model number, look at the uf output numbers as these vary from fan to fan. Each

Works well in Hunter Low Profile III

Ever since I installed this fan I thought it was too slow at high speed. There was also a slight difference between the speeds, which I found quite odd. I finally decided to swap out the speed capacitor to see if that would make a difference. It definitely is. This condenser is a good replacement for the original condenser and the fan now spins at full speed with a noticeable difference at other speeds as well. Obviously the original capacitor, while marked with the correct values, was…

Cool breeze! on capacitors

My Hunter 3 speed fan was only running at medium speed. I was ready to buy a new fan ($200) but after reading my Handyman magazine there was an article in it that it was most likely a capacitor in the switch housing. Of course, I found that the capacitor exploded. I needed a 4 wire 5+5uF block but couldn't find one. I saw this one and decided the extra wire (red) was something I would just tie (and keep as a spare if needed in the future). I used the other 4 wires that matched the color of my…

The item I was looking for!

This item was great. My fan had a whirring noise and I have fixed many issues with it. I have two fans. One in Hampton Bay and one in Hunter. Both were very slow and made a terrible noise at high speeds. I changed the switch and also vacuumed. Read online and do your research. It turns out that sometimes the capacitor (monitored element) fails. Of course, after careful inspection, the capacitor looked burned out and out of place. I got the exact specs of the capacitors I needed for my two fans…
