After unboxing this gun I was impressed. The design has been improved and the trigger and stock are very smooth. The quality appears to be on par with much more expensive sausage guns sold in specialty stores. I like how it works with both sausage and 10 ounce cartridges, although I already have pistols with 10 and 32 ounce cartridges. I bought this to use primarily with loose and occasional sausages. I had everything set up to work with loose sausages during the day, but I needed to switch to using them with sausages. No problem, all I need is a screwdriver. Pressed about 10 sausages worked perfectly without any problems. Nice new pistol cleaned and ready for today, had to go back to ground work the next day, no big deal if a screwdriver breaks.
