Best solution available with excellent follow up

The best part is that it allows me as an agent or service rep be able to perform all of my duties without having access to all information at once! This tool does not have everything I need but their support team was very helpful in answering questions we were unable to find answers for ourselves after searching online resources. They are also adding new features every month which makes life easier when compared side by side against other systems out there today. Not much dislike about this…

  • I like the most that it allows agents to manage customer issues from anywhere through any device such as smartphones/tablets etc
Cons
  • Not much dislike about this system so far however if they would add some advanced reporting tools like PowerBI then I think things will get really

Easy-to Use System That Delivers Results

I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use without needing any training or help from an expert user of this software. The customer service department at my office uses Next 4Biz as their main CRM system which makes things easier when trying to keep track of our customers' needs/issues and follow up accordingly. There are some features we'd love to have but haven't been able to find yet (such as being able to create multiple emails in one go). We've also had issues where certain fields…
