TL; DR - Dried my previously bleached hair to the bone, had to cut my 4 year growth streak :( IF you buy this you are using a quarter cent amount and NOTHING more no matter how greasy your hair will be. First time I got this shampoo and conditioner in a cosmetic bag. Out of the hundreds of samples I have received over the years, this was the first product I had to purchase. My hair was dry and lifeless. This shampoo/conditioner makes my hair shiny and so soft. I bought this after receiving a sample of the shampoo and conditioner. It's not something I've used before. I say this for several reasons...* The texture is that the shampoo is thick but I had to apply more than usual to my hair and I have medium length hair.* The effect is that it really makes my hair thicker. I love this shampoo very much. I tried it for the first time today. I will say that I was concerned at first washing my hair because it felt "heavy" and like my hair was greasy like someone else said in the reviews. I have fine hair so that worries me.
