Ease and simplicity for new patients as well

The ability to have an electronic medical record in place that is easy enough so we can use it effectively without having some of our staff members go back into paper charts just because they are more familiar using them! I wish there were other options available like adding pictures or videos within certain fields but overall this has been great!! It's helped us keep track better by being able see all information at one time instead going through multiple records each day when trying to get…

Efficient and user friendly system for both patient intake / document storage

I like that it can be used in an office setting as well as online. It is easy to use! The software has been very helpful since we have multiple doctors working together at our clinic (4). There are different modules within this program but the ones you need most will depend on your specific needs of what type of information or data entry you require from patients etc.. If there was more training available about how certain features work then things would get easier when using them - however…

Very good medical records management program

The ease of use of this software is great. It's easy to navigate through and get the job done. I like that it has an option to have it sync automatically with your other electronic devices. There are many features but some are not as intuitive or user friendly. This may be because they are new to the market but I wish there was more information about how to use certain features.
