I like that it can be used in an office setting as well as online. It is easy to use! The software has been very helpful since we have multiple doctors working together at our clinic (4). There are different modules within this program but the ones you need most will depend on your specific needs of what type of information or data entry you require from patients etc.. If there was more training available about how certain features work then things would get easier when using them - however they do offer some free tutorials which helps out quite alot!! We were able to create electronic medical records without any issues once set up properly so far! So much time saved by not having paper charts around anymore. Also saving money because no longer needing physical copies of all documents stored away somewhere else either. ! Very pleased overall. Our staff loves being part of something new where everyone works towards getting better results each day instead just focusing solely one task per person only doing their own thing. This benefits us greatly now.
