NGK IZFR6K11 was a perfect replacement for CR-V. The 2002 Honda CR-V Service Manual lists two connectors for the vehicle. One is NGK IZFR6K11 (this part) and the other is Denso SKJ20DR-M11. According to the workshop manual, the spark plugs should be changed every 120,000 km so that the spark plugs have a long service life. With 485,000 miles on my 2004 Accord I am pleased to report that the OEM NGK spark plugs I pulled were undamaged, a normal tan color around had the electrode and were otherwise in good condition. The part number on the ones I pulled out (unsurprisingly) matched the new ones exactly. Some may say I took a chance when the old ones lasted so long without changing them. A perfect replacement for the spark plugs that came from the factory on my car when it was new. This is a direct replacement for my 2004 Acura TSX. Accuracy of fit and workmanship correspond exactly to the original spark plugs.
