I would say size L. Not primarily for those who normally buy XL gloves, but they can work. The cap is short, so it mostly goes along the hairline.

Great product for outdoor activities in cold weather. Nike just makes really good, elegant products. I would not wear these gloves indoors. Beanie is a hat for home and street. Not super thick and not thin. Just right for warming up for the morning run.
