Too small. I have two other Nike sweatpants that fit in size XL. They are marked "thin" when you open the package. They are not XL and this seller will charge you $$$$ to return them even if their description is wrong.

Make sure the person you are buying them for has skinny legs. You were closely related to my husband. We gave them to my uncle and they fit him just right. Both boys are the same height. But my uncle's legs are thinner. And he loves her. They look like soccer shorts.

Reference: I'm 6ft 180lbs with a 33in waist. I ordered a large size. snug fitting, and the cuff hem goes right down to my ankle (actually a bit higher). They are snug enough that your legs need to rise when you sit down and lower when you stand up. The hips are ok and the waist is a little loose - but the laces work well.
