👟 Nike AA1636 Structure Trainers Sneakers Review

I've bought this Nike shoe at least once a year for years. The cushioning and stability properties are well suited to my running style and mileage. This model disappointed with its reliability. I'm not running that much this year - about 8 miles a week on average and I'm walking another 12 miles or so a week. 7 months after I bought them, the soles (heel and forefoot) were wearing out and the cushioning was failing. I will try to use another brand and model as a substitute.

I'm still on a break from structure 22. This shoe has good arch support for runners with overpronation (flat feet). The shoes are a bit tight but uncomfortable. They look stylish and have reflective material for night runs.

I have bought these shoes many times over the past few years. This is ideal for those who need more stability and help with pronation. I bought this men's shoe (adjustable of course) just like the women's shoe but $30 cheaper! Very impressed by me :) Great shoes!

My 3rd pair of this trendy model #22. I've been using Structure for about 6 years. Works well for my feet. Not every shoe fits every runner. I'm an overpronator.
