Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!

Although the manufacturer does not declare dust and moisture protection on this model, it is built to last. Survived filming on a yacht and in the rain. Very comfortable and pleasant in the hands. When paired with the camera, it is well balanced - by turning the tripod foot up, it can be used for carrying, while there is no imbalance. Many scold the "fragility" of the lens hood - the lens hood is assembled from high-quality materials, it simply does not have a metal lock - in fact, it would…

Pros
  • Fast and tenacious autofocus Amazing stabilization Handheld shooting even at the far end
Cons
  • Objectively, so far I have found only one drawback, and it is indirectly related to the lens. This is the price of filters. There are not so many of them for a diameter of 95 mm and the price tag even for protective filters is not encouraging.

High-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

With its pros. Sharp, light, good stabilization, fairly vigorous autofocus, good price/quality ratio, works well with teleconverters Cons: The zoom ring travel is too long, the lens hood is not securely fastened, the wretched complete case

Good quality product, the price is commensurate with the quality.

I have a NIKON D600, before I bought it, I read different forums. Bought, I do not regret. The picture and colors are class, I like the bokeh, the sharpness is good, I am shocked by the stabilizer, I do not regret a single gram. I tried it with a Chinese X2 teleconvector, it works. He walked through the coniferous forest, he works. Very pleased with the lens. Has pros: Constant luminosity. Not the heaviest. Stabilizer is great. Transport lock. See comment. With its cons. The hood stays flimsy…

Best price for this product, will buy more!

Has pros: I got it a week ago, yesterday I filmed the opening of the drift championship all day yesterday. Shooting was done handheld at 1/125 with a stub in sport mode. Satisfied like an elephant) The autofocus speed is sufficient for shooting even dynamic sports, the stub works magically, the sharpness is good starting from the open. In general, I recommend. I looked at third-party televisions for a long time, but these dances with tambourines around their autofocus were already pretty tired,

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

I use it on d7200 (24MP). The lens is noticeably sharper than the Nikon AF-S 80-400 (second model) on similar FRs. At 500mm on an open aperture, it is able to give pixel-by-pixel sharpness on a 24MP crop sensor - an excellent result! The best solution for wildlife photography with pom. Nikon. Only Sigma-sport is better than it, but it is 1.5 kg heavier (almost 2 times!) And 1.5 times more expensive. This specimen with a dressed carcass can still be held in hands without using a tripod or…

Pros
  • + 500mm at F5.6 + fully working on an open aperture on all FRs + good stabilizer + fairly fast AF + relatively low price
Cons
  • - Quite heavy and bulky - expensive filters due to the huge size of the front lens

The best product, from those that I have viewed, I advise everyone!

Excellent work experience. The stabilizer allows you to get decent shots at 1/200 with your hands. The weight distribution of the lens is comfortable even when the trunk is extended. The 200 mm trunk lock is also a very convenient feature. Sharpness on the D810 is excellent. The hood would have liked a stronger lock, at least like the Af-S 70-200 / 2.8G VRII. Cover in a set - made of cloth, from dust. As an example of detail - 100% crop with D810: ISO 2022, 1/400, f5.6, 500mm Developed in

Pros
  • Sharpness on Nikon D810 constant aperture Stabilizer Convenient weight distribution
Cons
  • Large filter size (95mm) Flimsy lens mount The absence of a "hard" case with a shoulder strap in the kit and in general on sale. Large (about 180 degrees) zoom ring travel

Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

For the money this is a very good lens. I bought a JJC hard case for it, they let it out right under it - you can wear it on your shoulder (on the well-known site). Handheld reporting is not much difficult to shoot because of the zoom ring, you have to get used to turning the tube back and forth) The picture quality is not very bad. The resolution does not drop much at open f by 500mm, it will probably be noticeable on multi-pixel cameras, but everything is within limits. In the extended state,

Pros
  • Relatively inexpensive Compact and lightweight compared to professional glass constant aperture Great stub Not a bad job AF Working 5.6 In general, a good picture
Cons
  • Long travel zoom ring Not a lot of soap at 500mm at 5.6 No attachments for shoulder strap

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

I ordered a new one from ebay for 69,000, otherwise the stores go berserk with prices. The lens is excellent, sharp from aperture 5.6. Separately, I want to highlight the stabilizer, it's just something. From hands 1/15 to 500mm. While the record, but have not yet experimented, maybe more will stand. There are two stabilization modes: normal and sport. Focuses quickly and accurately. Sports have not yet tried to shoot. Quite heavy and dimensional, you can’t go into an ordinary photo backpack…

Pros
  • Convenient focal for reporting Constant aperture Sharpness at all focal lengths Stabilizer Zoom lock Two stabilization modes
Cons
  • Set Ring travel Weight (but this is debatable) No rope holes
