Manufacturer needs to reconsider wire length. I think they are upside down. I ended up probably having 12" more in the section of the wire harness that goes from the lightbar to the relay and about 12" in the section that goes through the firewall to the switch. It barely reached the edge of the dashboard. I'll probably end up building an extension section to bring the switch to the top of the dash. This setup was on the 2021 Jeep Gladiator.

Used to install the Sylvania lightbar. I had to shorten the wire harness to the headlights (extra 8 feet) and lengthen the wire harness to the switch (literally 2 feet from relay to switch). After installation there were problems ranging from no action to blown fuses, adding new +/- terminals on the battery, turning the switch backlight on and off, and blowing fuses. Tested with a meter and therefore a wiring harness and the one that came with the other pair is miswired in various ways…

I ordered this harness and received it in about 5 days which is very good considering we live in rural Montana. The wiring harness is very durable with a protective sleeve over the wiring. The only negative I can say is that the battery connector contributes to the passenger side battery location. My King Ranch has the battery on the passenger side so I had to add wires to get to my battery, otherwise the wire harness is a good idea as fuses and relays are built in. I used this to connect the radiator fan on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0. So far it seems to be ok. I've bought other kits and this kit had just the right length of cable + I didn't need 2 sets of outputs like the other versions. I bought it for a 12" Nilight rod. Came in the same box and on time. It easily connects to the light bar and motor. There is a lot of play between the battery terminals and the stem, but that's understandable when you might want to mount this on the back of your car. I wish there was more play between the relay and the switch as it takes quite a long time to get from the battery through the firewall to the cockpit.
