Nilight 90020B Mounting Off Road Horizontal Review

Well they are well made and come with all the hardware. But what about weight maintenance? no chance. They come with rubber adapters for 3 hose sizes. This is my setup installed on Yakima MegaWarrior. I was planning on installing 4 small lights, but after installing just one light and making sure the adapters lined up perfectly and the clamps were tightened as tight as possible, they still move when the wind blows them. 😒

Bought these to install LED lights on a Honda Pioneer push bar. I found the correct inserts that came with the braces and they tightened nicely. These appear to be high quality mounts and should withstand heavy loads and last a long time. Once installed, these mounts didn't move at all. They held on very tight. I will update this review if I encounter any issues. We used these 2 mounts for 2 smaller push rod lights.

I ordered this mount and received it in about 5 days which is pretty quick for rural Montana. It was very easy to install on my westin 2 inch tube grill. The mounts seem very strong and should work for the duration of the job. The screws could be a bit trickier. I think I removed the head from the screw. This is a great and versatile mount and I have no issues with the product. BUT (and I knew it) if you're mounting this on a 2" pole, the included double sided tape won't work. All other sizes use integrated rubber pads (included) and provide a non-slip grip. In my opinion there are 2 options for 2" rods. Cut the rubber and you're done. 1/4-20 and insert a 1/4-20 grade 8 screw.

So I wanted to add lights to the Smittybilt bumper tubes on the back of my Jeep. It says it's 2" and the measurements are the same, but I've tried two other mounts before and neither of them worked immediately as a 2" mount.
