I have used Nioxin before and am very familiar with this product. The bottle I received was completely watered down/ruined. She slipped out of my hands like *water*. I am returning this Revain product and have just purchased a new bottle of Ulta. It's thick and has the right consistency of a conditioner. I will be contacting Nioxin directly to suggest they put tamper evident seals on their bottles.
