🐾 Nite Ize PetLit LED Collar Light - Trendy Safety Light for Pets, Versatile Use - New! Review

We have an XL version that turns this model on and off in our black lab and we LOVE it. So when we rescued the little dog, we knew we needed a little socket for it. Well, not the same, not strong at all. The cover came off within a week and you also have to twist it so you have to use both hands which is not always easy with an active pup. Also, it's not as easy to see as the other larger version. I would not recommend this particular one.

First of all, I've been a huge fan of Nite Ize since I was in the military and discovered their Gear Ties. I have many of their products and they all hold up to heavy use except these. They are small and if you have dogs that love to play (like 2 german shepherds and a border collie) they won't last long. Instead, I highly recommend considering Nite Ize's SpotLit or SpotLitXL.

I bought this product to keep an eye on my dog when he's running outside. Pros - Easy to turn on and off. Just turn it on and off. - Easy to connect and disconnect with a clip - Battery seems to last for hours - Visible from a distance. I was able to follow my dog over 100 meters. This is a nifty little device for tracking your dogs in the dark. I have 2 dogs, one is black and tan and the other is white. Our backyard is shared with our neighbors and also has a fenced area for the dogs. So when I take them outside at night, this light helps a lot. White is easy to see in low ambient light, but if it wasn't for that light my other dog could be a ninja. Rope.
