Now with bloody laser beams!

Damn. This thing has friggin' LASER RAYS! Wow it's so bright and laser beams. I can't overcome them. It creates a serious line of light around the bike that's pretty damn cool and damn cool. This is the best security item you will ever buy for your bike. No one will say they haven't seen you. Well worth it, great work on the design!

where did it go the best in terms of lights and reflectors

I like that there are a series of lines on either side to warn other drivers that they are too close and the turn signals are still on. I really don't like them because they come off too easily, I lost two of them while riding some trails and because they are for the back you never hear them when they fall. Again good idea, bad execution.

Incredibly bright light. Niterider is based in San Diego and I love supporting American companies. This light is SUPER bright and I love the laser bike path feature. It simply charges using the same cable that charges my phone and attaches securely to my bike. I use it for cycling. You cannot ignore this light.

I've expected a lot more from the NiteRider since I've had one of these.

Nonsense! I expected a lot more from NiteRider having had one of their headlights for 5 years. I have ordered this product twice. The first time one of the lasers stopped working, it got wet in the rain. I sent it back and the replacement lasted less than a month before failing completely. Big disappointment! I ended up choosing a different product.

Great light, but there are pros and cons.

I like the brightness and the different lighting options but it doesn't last as long as advertised. The strap does not fit airbike seat posts because it slides to both sides while riding. I'm constantly trying to center the light on every ride and it's annoying. I've had the light for over a year now and once I replaced the strap because it broke. Now the main light button didn't work until I took it apart and played around with it. Overall I love the light, I just wish there was a better aeroโ€ฆ

Very bright. I really like this light.

I bought this flashlight a few months ago as the days were getting shorter here in the North East and I was starting to drive more in the dark. My typical ride involves bike lanes and a few busy roads. I found the light to be very bright and I really like the side laser lights, especially when I'm driving (cars give me a pretty wide seat when I'm driving). I didn't think laser beams did much until my wife saw me leaving the house and noticed how well she could see them. The attachment strapโ€ฆ

The currently best rear light with laser lines; can be attached to a luggage rack with the bracket from NiteRider

My local bike shop had a rack mount that I could attach to the back of my rack, which means NiteRider has it. Looks like it's now on Revain as a separate item to order. I twisted a flat hair tie around the center of the lamp and the back of the mounting clip behind it just to be absolutely sure it wouldn't pop out if I hit any bumps. It doesn't block light. I bought an adapter (less than $5) to charge the light from an outlet next to my bike in the garage. (USB cable included.) This is the best

Laser line on right side dimmed after only 20 miles on first ride

I am a regular Nite Rider user. However, this article has some problems. First let me say that the main light itself is AWESOME! The consistency and brightness of the main light is one of the best I've used. I was tempted to leave the light only for the main light source. However, as with several other reviews, one of the laser lights stopped working after a very short use. I decided to return the device and contact Nite Rider in the next few days to see if they are aware of this issue and aโ€ฆ
