Noggin Emergency Review

I like how easy it is for me as well my staff members are able t use this software easily without any training required! It's very helpful when we have emergency situations where there were issues with clients' accounts but now everything can be resolved through one platform. The only thing i dislike about noggins services is they don't offer live chat support which would help solve some problems faster than waiting till next day office hours. I am very pleased with how user friendly it is! The ease at which one can use this software makes me feel as if they know what their doing when setting up new employees/employees who have not been trained yet etc.. It's easy enough for someone without any training experience but also provides clear tutorials so even those more experienced would be able see things easily - nothing really- other than perhaps being better about explaining certain features once learned maybe? Great product though!!
