There seem to be several companies selling superficially identical headphones with the same voice etc. I 'forget' them. Once I do that I have to turn bluetooth off and on again, the phone recognizes it and I can click to connect. (The instruction manual is written in very, very small letters — you'll need a magnifying glass to read it.)
