We live in Las Vegas, so a fridge is a must when camping. This summer we used it to go to Sedona, California and Lake Powell. Fridge freezer works fantastic. We keep it in the back of the truck when we pick up frozen food. We're going on a winter hike and can empty our home freezer into this freezer and keep the temp at 12 degrees Fahrenheit which seems to work well for not freezing the fridge area which is good for travel drinks. When I bought the Norcold I couldn't decide between it and the 50 liter ARB fridge. They seem fairly comparable, but the Norcold model is cheaper.
