🍳 Effortlessly Slice Your Eggs and Mushrooms with the Norpro White Wire Slicer Review

After trying a variety of different kitchen gadgets, I finally found this one to make slicing mushrooms so much easier and quicker! The blades are sharp and slice through the mushroom caps with ease. The size is perfect, easy to store in a small kitchen space. The only con is that it only works with mushrooms, but given how well it works on this specific task, I don't mind at all! Overall, a great investment for any mushroom-loving home cook.

Does exactly what it says, although I would never cut mushrooms with this product. I use a knife for this. The slicer goes through hard boiled eggs easily and while I wish it was a bit wider (for those odd shaped eggs) I have no real complaints. I am a restaurant chef and I use this product 8-20 times a day. Good slicer.

The best egg slicers! Had the same model for over 15 years before it broke; I hate cutting and crushing eggs by hand. This is one of the best slicers and it doesn't take up much disk space. I had two Kitchen Aid egg slicers, both of which broke within two months of purchase; they weren't worth the money. I'm sticking with the Norpro 986 White Egg & Mushroom Slicer. I just want them to be red.
