I love cucumbers but I hate cucumber hands.

It's such a first fix to the world's problems but man it works the way you want it to. Believe me, I never thought about it.)

Norpro, Inc-Pickle Picker, 4 oz, Gray

It comes with a very curved pick and I don't know if it works properly. I will try to edit this post. It's not as long as I had hoped. Too short for the bottles I use it on. Now I have to find another place where something works for what I need it for.

Suitable for olives and small pickles but not for large pickles

Once had a great modern polymer/plastic pickle remover. My wife threw it in the dishwasher and burned it. Haven't seen a good one since then. This sturdy, spring-loaded device has thin steel wires that can be used as handles, but won't hold large cucumbers. Hardly hold on to small and olives.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of fashion

waste of money. Best in Cookware

I was completely disappointed with this product. I wanted a pickle fork for my grandkids. This one looks nice on the outside, but when the tongs come out, they're so flimsy they can't hold the pickle long enough to get it out of the jar! I ordered a second one before trying this one so both kids have one! I'll have to return this and look for it again. If the second ordered isn't better, I'll send them back together. What a disappointment.

Good but could be better

I was happy to find a stainless steel marinade pick. I had a plastic one and it fell apart. I have read the review and I have to agree. The gripping portion of this item is not very durable. I mainly use it for baby cucumbers and most of the time it works. But even with the larger dills, he struggles to hold onto them long enough to get them out of the jar. Of course, this seems like a simple fix. The grip on my plastic was very strong. In fact, parts of the claws would cut into baby cucumbers…
