the weight of this mold is just right, neither heavy nor light. I made banana nut bread and baked it for 30 minutes. Each loaf was perfect and golden brown, each mini bun rose so easily. Each cavity about 3/4 full.

Non-stick coating works well and cooks well, although there is a small seam around each mini bun where food can get stuck, making cleanup difficult. The mini loaf size is great for small sweet buns and cute little appetizer sized slices.

Very nice frying pan. The handles are really big which is great for my big hands. Use the silicone holder to take them out and don't come close to sticking your thumb in the loaf. I have used it with paper liners, they are difficult to assemble and difficult to fill, so the liners don't fold on their own. True, I can't rate it as reliably as I've used it for a while. I've only used it three times in a couple of days to bake three batches of pumpkin bread for our book club Christmas get-together.
