Great boat. A tip: the included candle generates too much heat to just warm the contents of the boat. In fact, if you let it, it will quickly come to a boil. Either cut the wick down to a tiny tip or replace it with a small tealight. However, I was surprised that it even came with a candle so beggars don't have to choose. I would buy this again.

There was indeed a small spot of burnt sauce on the floor in the middle of the boat, but soaking it in the sink overnight cured it all. The only downside to this is that I'm not sure where to buy the special tea lights. The tea lights are a lot smaller than my regular tea lights and I thought I need small tea lights…

I don't know why I haven't tried to find one of these things before. At past holiday dinners I've tried different variations to keep the sauce warm for as long as possible. Preheating the gravy boat didn't help much. A small thermograph helped some, but stood out like a sore thumb among the rest of the elegant holiday dishes.
