Love this versatile roasting tool!

The Norpro Position Adjustable Shaped Roasting tool is a fantastic addition to my bakeware collection. Based on my experience, this product is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys cooking at home and wants to roast meats and poultry to perfection. The adjustable design makes it easy to customize the shape and height of the roasting rack according to the food being cooked. Not very nonstick for broilers

I liked that it plays flat for storage and feels sturdy. What I didn't like is that some of the non-stick coating fell off after cleaning the shelf.

Non stick coating is now peeling off

I've only had this rack for about a year and have used it probably 4 or 5 times. But the non-stick coating is now peeling off and there is now rust under the coating. I would suggest looking for stainless steel.
