Products work as expected. I've used it for home brewing with no problems. The only feedback I'd like is I don't know why they do it the first few uses include a burning smell - circle interior paint and brand/logo plate paint visibly burn off on first use. I've tried brewing beer with a turkey fryer in the past and it hurt. There is no temperature control and had to deal with a timer that would shut off the gas supply. This burner is fantastic. This item is amazing! I used it to roast two turkeys for the holidays. Darkstar was a champion and way better than the 'roast turkey kits' that come with the burner. It was incredibly durable and I've had absolutely no issues with instability when roasting turkeys, even when cooking multiple turkeys back-to-back.
