I bought these for my 5 year old grandson. They were cute, but the sole of one of the sandals fell off the second time he put it on. The other sandals look fine so it was most likely a defective stitch. Unfortunately I went to the online store to return them for a new pair but it says the sell by date has already passed.

My son didn't like it

I put one of the shoes on my son and he wiggled his foot and then said 'NO'. I think he doesn't like the velcro at the top of the shoe. The upper Velcro on the inside of the boot is very long. When I attached the boot to my son's regular width foot, there were still a lot of velcro straps inside. Maybe he didn't like the feel of that Velcro on his foot. If your child has a very skinny leg, this might be ok.

Pros
  • Clothing, shoes and jewelry
Cons
  • An outlet is required

I thought the velcro on top would make them a good option for my son's fat little feet but they didn't fit for two reasons . . 1: The top looks like it should be adjustable, but unless you pull it all the way (which we can't do with my son's feet, which are thick, but I don't think they're crazy), the additional velcro strip rubs the upper feet. 2: The top closure is too easy and tempting for the baby to open. When we tried them on my daughter who has slimmer legs there was no way I could wearโ€ฆ
