Easy to use, keeps everything organized and allows us to keep track of our inventory

I love that it's easy to use! The software does what you need without any extra effort needed by you as its user. It also allows me to keep track of my inventory so we can be sure our clients are getting fresh products every time they come into store. There isn't anything i dislike about this program but if there was something i would change then maybe add more categories? Maybe some way to separate out certain items within each category (ie; coffee vs tea). As far as using it goes - nothing…

  • Everything is fast which makes completing an order super quick with little chance missed steps or mistakes being entered incorrectly in your database/order system

  • There are disadvantages

Great platform for connecting staff and vendor

I like that this software allows you to easily connect with any of our vendors as well as keep track of multiple locations at once. It's easy enough to use that even my 9-year old can figure it out - which makes me happy! We have not found anything we dislike about using their product yet either so far :) Their customer service has been great too if there are issues (which sometimes happens). Keep up the good work!! Using them helps us stay organized when sending out invoices/receipts etc…

Very happy easy implementation process

Easy to implement using SDKs; good interface between app/web-based user experience (UX); allows integration of multiple vendors' Point Of Sale hardware devices without having them each write custom code specific only themselves - great option! Some functionality not as intuitively designed but they are working directly w our support team so we can have discussions about what works best specifically within their applications vs ours overall solution design approach.; Great customer service…

Pros
  • Ease in setting this program's features together through an easy graphical representation, making programming quite simple if you know how already or willing enough resources available at your disposal who may be more knowledgeable than yourself ; )
Cons
  • The inability currently exists today which does require us all customers needing access via VPN connection
