Some functionality not as intuitively designed but they are working directly w our support team so we can have discussions about what works best specifically within their applications vs ours overall solution design approach.; Great customer service response time when issues do occur.- Integration into existing POS systems was very seamless! Notch Connect is a great way to keep track of orders and inventory. I like the ability to set up alerts for when orders are low. I also like that the system is able to pull inventory information from my accounting system. I wish that there was a way to integrate with our accounting system. I have been able to keep track of inventory and orders and it has been a great help. I also love that it is a one stop shop for everything.
