I like that it's easy for me as an admin to create patient accounts, which makes billing easier! It is very intuitive. There are some things they could do better with regards to their reporting/data analytics. But overall its great. I like that it is easy enough for my staff to learn, but also has features that are user friendly. It's very quick to be set up and running with our clinic.
