Very fragile, broke after 6 months of installation. The car was hardly used, about twice a week. Update: The company sent a replacement part. Installed on 10/10/2021.

After watching a YouTube video I ordered this and tried to fix my wife's car door. Just replace a broken door handle and now you can exit the car normally. Looks just like the original pen and works great.

Worked great on my 2014 Nissan Altima. My handle broke when I accidentally opened the door before turning the car off and it came loose so it's perfect. Like new! The only problem is that the metal part (aluminum) looks more like a sticker, looks cheap and can be easily removed.

The dealership charged hundreds to replace my broken door handle (the second one that went missing in my Nissan). This is the perfect option at a fraction of the cost. Installation is tedious due to the way the door is put together, but there are plenty of YouTube videos that will save you the time trying to figure out where all the hidden screws are. (Apparently I'm not the only one with doorknobs that break easily.)

I ordered an item, I only needed one. Apparently the order was for two people. Before I knew it, I was sending back one that I thought they were sending too much. So the seller applied to Amazon to get all the money back. If I pay you in full now, will you send me back the doorknob I sent you. Meanwhile, the one I installed broke after a month. Bad product. Bad service and I still don't have $50. Never again.

After having to reconnect the cable on my Nissan Titan because I was trying to pry open the door with the keys locked inside (which was a horrible idea btw) I realized this one Replacing the door handle will be very similar and it was. It took 20 minutes to get everything done and replaced. If you need a tutorial, just visit YouTube. It's easy to do! Two middle fingers at Nissan whose labor costs have risen to $300 an hour! But hey, don't worry, you can easily make it at home.
