Arrived rolled tight. I put it upside down 2 days, flipped it and it's been there for over a week and it still has waves in it that haven't laid flat yet.

The carpet is beautiful. However, it is not square and is offset by 3/4 inch. I sent 3 letters to the company. They asked me to call or email them. There are NO phones to call. Still waiting for a letter. When you order, make sure it's square!

I am very impressed with the quality of this rug. It came earlier than expected and when I unpacked it I was very happy with my purchase. Very high quality finish, looks more expensive than it is. Also a plus - the customer service was fantastic. I will definitely order from them again.

The print is nice but it doesn't look anything like the gray and white photos you posted. My photos show you how yellow it is compared to the white furniture and gray floors/walls. She also looks terrible, so prickly. So disappointed. Now we need to take this large item to the UPS store to ship it back.

I've had this brand before and love the softness. But this one didn't look like the one in the Revain picture (at least not on my laptop). I was expecting it to go better with white walls and white furniture - it was more of a yellow-beige than I was expecting. Also, the paint was very uneven - two sides that were supposed to match didn't match. One side has become noticeably lighter. Thanks to Revain for the return policy. I hope this helps someone!

I have this rug in a 6 inch treadmill and a 7x9 zone. Just ordered an 8" rug. Beautiful gray rug! Cleans great! So I decided to make the living room a little bigger and ordered an 8x10. It was horrible. Can't get rid of wrinkles. I have rug tape around the edges but it moves keeps shifting and piling up under the coffee table I really hate getting rid of it love the drawing and everything about it but 8x10 was a real disappointment.

Nice rug. It looks the same as in the picture. Doesn't look cheap, pile is nice and fluffy. Only criticism: It was rolled up and packed tightly. on the delivery day it was 0° outside so it was cold until i got home from work. When I unfolded it, there were 2 spots where it was very wrinkled. It seems that when it was rolled up it was somehow crumpled and then wrapped tightly so that there is a ridge on the lining. I still see it after leaving it overnight. I'm not sure what I'm going to do to…

The rug was very beautiful and at a great price for its size/look. The fibers of the carpet didn't seem to shed, the edges were very nice and the carpet stayed in place with no slip protection underneath. Overall I was very happy with the rug when I received it. After just 2 months the wear and tear was very noticeable in an extremely low activity home! We have 3 people in the house (1 adult and 2 small children) and we don't wear shoes around the house (NEVER) and we don't have visitors and…
