My wife bought this rug. I took it out of the box and it was twisted very tightly, with a lot of bumps and didn't lay flat. I moistened the back with water, put two towels in between and ironed. Now it's absolutely flat! Looks OK on the floor but there are stains that are part of the design, very light brown and dirty at first glance which is actually annoying. I keep thinking that someone spilled something or dug in the dirt. Very low pile carpet and much thinner than I expected. We will buy a rug to make it softer as our son likes to sit on the floor to watch movies with us and it is not very comfortable to do so on our hard floors. It also doesn't feel very soft.
