My wife found this on the recommendation of a blogger she follows. Very impressed with how well the rug fits into the room. Soft to run but you need to adjust the flanges. DO NOT VACUUM WITH A POWERFUL VACUUM CLEANER. Use a weaker suction unit and do not use rollers. The carpet gets stuck in the rollers.

When you opened the box you saw a train of wool fibers, as in the spikiest wool sweater imaginable. It's in my eyes and they still burn 30 minutes later. This will be the pumice stone on the bottom of your feet. Who makes that itchy, spiky rug?! waste of time and money. To return. Avoid this carpet!

I received this rug and was disappointed that it is NOT gray as advertised in the title. Very disappointed with the cost of the carpet! The rug is thin but definitely adds a boho feel. You may need a rug gripper to hold it in place. In general the carpet is excellent but I was very disappointed with the colour. I would have given 5 stars if the color had been labeled correctly and I had received a gray carpet instead of black and cream.
