Does not replace Allen Edmonds. The tie box is rounder than it appears in the picture. I wear to church but if I were still going out I would wear better shoes. The 1970's Mud Nunn Bush were much better for the cost of materials. Construction is better than average.

Overall I like these shoes. They are well designed and look great! Not sure why, but these Nunn Bush shoes appear to be about a half to a full size larger than other popular men's shoes in the same size. I usually wear size 9 dress shoes and ordered a size 8 1/2. They fit almost perfectly but are still a bit big so I wear them with thicker cotton socks and a pair of Dr. Scholl's Work insoles. A bit tight but I need that because they stretch over time. They appear to be of very high quality and it's nice to see leather soles instead of those horrible rubbers that scream "cheap shoes from [insert country here]". The original pair of socks were comfortable so these shoes get even better as I break them in. Best prices and sizes I've seen but wish they were a width E. Why shoemakers go from D to EEE or 5E is beyond me.

Shoes look good I take size 8 but they were only size 8. Shoes. I ordered a pair of regular 7 1/2s, they fit but are still quite loose, especially since they are new. I'm putting them on now so I'll leave them on, hopefully they don't stretch too much. Good leather soles and look decent.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and returned both. I wear narrow shoes, at least narrower than D shoes. After reading reviews that I order shoes smaller should I did so and ordered half a size smaller. They arrived. Too short and went back to Revain. Then ordered the length I wanted. below average quality (roughly compared to Cole Haan or Johnson & Murphy) but the price was exceptionally cheap and would keep them if they fit etc.

We ordered two pairs of identical shoes in two different colors. This pair must have been mislabeled because the other pair fitted perfectly but these were too small!
