Three hits, done! (IT IS SO effective!)

Very well made hammer! Started using it on the second day after arrival. I've used it more times than I expected just to avoid damaging the parts I was adjusting. I'm glad I chose 1 pound. It's versatile enough for a variety of uses. AND ALSO. to wait for him. It is manufactured in. "MURIKA! :-)

Works as intended, fits dead recoil hammers

This is a solid tool that does what you need it to do. non-grating deadbeat. The face is like soft plastic (not rubber), not foam rubber, but not hard polycarbonate either. Ideal when you need to push something and a regular hammer is too much. The loss of one star is because I feel like the head could have had a little more "lead shot" which would have made it heavier. Overall I'm happy with the quality and performance for the price.

Suitable for wood Suitable for hammers

The hammer works well. The hammer's plastic striking face won't scratch wood surfaces, and a precise hit gives it extra power. I only wish they had spent a little more time ironing out the seams left over from the shape. There are seams on all the different parts of the assembled hammer. I spent some time filing the seams of the handle to get a comfortable grip. It's just that I could get a cheap imported brand, but settled on one made in the USA, so I'm expecting better.
