Good Taste and Micronized Creatine are better absorbed. I drink it a lot/regularly throughout the day. That's how I enjoy the taste. It's not stunning. I use less than a full scoop (your body can only absorb so much so why waste it) and I mix/drink it in a larger 12-16 ounce plastic cup.
