Product arrived with powder on the outside. I thought it was factory or the seal was broken. The latter was true. When I opened it, the seal stayed up. That should not happen. To my surprise, black and brown spots appeared on the box seal and the foil was torn. At first I suspected mold but switched because it smelled burnt. After careful sniffing, the smell of burning was confirmed. Aha! Too much heat used in the sealing process burned and ruined the packaging. Please fix this. Lower the fire,

This is my 5th purchase of Whey Protein Powder/Isolate and this is by far the best I have ever had. Speaking of which, I was expecting it to stick together in the mix or taste weird, but it didn't! It's really unflavored so I can mix it with whatever I like at the moment. I usually mix up a scoop with mixed berries, water and some agave syrup and it tastes just like a regular ice cream smoothie! I even tried mixing it with water just to see how well it blended and it didn't change the texture…
