I have been feeding my dogs Nutro dog food for over 15 years. The food on the left is what came. My dogs didn't eat it, they threw up. The food on the right is the only way the food has looked the entire time I have been using Nutro products. The contents of this bag were not what they should have been. Our new bag has arrived (from another seller) and everything is fine again.

I had to stop using it because it contains lima beans and all the ingredients that cause heart problems in dogs which has recently been reported in the news most of which are grain-free dog food cause. I switched to a recommended brand of grain-free products that didn't have these ingredients. Start reading and stay up to date with new discoveries. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is because I find it a little pricey. However, I will not be cheap when it comes to my dog and she loves it. This was my first time ordering dog food by mail order and it was great! The price was better than the store and I didn't have to lug a large, heavy dog food over 30 pounds from the store to the house. I felt a bit sorry for the UPS driver :-) As for the Nutro brand dog food, this is the only dog food I have ever fed my English bulldog. I fed my last bully a regular, cheaper meal, and she always had stomach problems. It still worries me that if I had fed her better, she might have lived longer.

We gave our 8 year old Ridgeback Nash this food 2 months ago when the vet told us our boy needed to lose weight.
