Watch the lengths! best in my review

My husband was overjoyed when these arrived. He had been using the hospital issued one for about 3 weeks and it had started to stink, but because he only had one, we had to wash it so much (every other day). These are comfortable for him to use, and easy for him to walk around in, but his major complaint is the length. It's too long and he has had to roll them up. But by doing this, he's cutting off circulation to his leg when he's asleep at night.

Pros
  • Hard to put on !!
Cons
  • To hard to get on and off

Comfortable and effective

I've worn a few different compression stockings for a couple of years now, and have always hated how they made the flesh under my knees at my upper calf sore from where they cut off. So, even though compression stockings have always helped lessen the fatique of my legs and helped with circulation, it's always been painful at the end of the day. These, however, do not give me that issue. The cut off/transition is a soft, wide band that hugs my skin gently, so that I don't at all feel the pain…

Pros
  • B07GWKHFPB
Cons
  • May not provide the same level of compression as more expensive brands

Recommended Product

This is an open toe sock that is made to be tight so keep that in mind. It's not excessive but it does put a lot of pressure on the legs and I wasn't able to wear them for a real long time but they were comfortable enough that I was able to wear them for several hours. The material is durable and well made and they stay in place until you remove them and don't slide down or roll up. 4 stars.*Thank you for taking the time to read my review and if it helped you make an informed decision either…

Pros
  • I love everything about this product. Sturdy, color, appearance, comfort, value.
Cons
  • Ok product

I got both the open-toe and closed-toe version of this Nuvein compression socks. I had never had an open-toe compression socks, so I wasn't sure how I was going to take to it. Turns out, I love it; they work and they're perfect for indoor wear. It's too bad they rip rather easily. I ripped a small hole while I was trying to take it off (I followed directions on the package). The open toe is more comfortable than the closed toe. They apply even and effective compression only where I need it -- and

Cons
  • Might not be as breathable as other compression stockings

Meh. But still trying them out.

I'm 5'4" 300ish lbs. I got a 2X. They are too long in the leg (I had to fold down and therefore double and triple the top for them to kinda fit) and too long in the foot (I again had to fold down the end and double and triple the fabric to get it to fit. and not squish my toes together very uncomfortably). I am wearing them to church so let's hope I can atleast tolerate them for a half-day. If not I'll return them and will modify my review The circulation is already compromised in my toes so I…

Pros
  • Suitable for both men and women of all ages and sizes
Cons
  • Could cause discomfort if not positioned properly on the leg

Foot extra long as most of these are

Seemed to be okay. Chinese people know our feet are bigger so they always make the socks and stockings extra-long. This causes a problem in the foot area. And also with the length of the Knee-high. but, if you slide them down from your knee to mid-calf and gradually barely pull them up a little at a time, you can get them to work. they are pretty tied around the top, but this is standard for these items.

Pros
  • Medical Compression Garments
Cons
  • Can be uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time

Comparable to pricier brands .

Reviewing the 2X-large 20-30 mmHg, open toe, beige pairAfter being diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency 4 years ago, I've developed a close personal relationship with compression socks, wearing them daily. They work well to keep the more unpleasant side effects of this condition at bay. My doctor prescribed 18-22 mmHg strength, so I usually have a both 15-20 and 20-30 mmHg pairs on hand. I've tried most of the major brands on the market, so I was interested to try these.Fit wise, I'm…

Pros
  • Offered at an affordable price point compared to similar compression stockings
Cons
  • Can cause discomfort when seated for extended periods of time

Get the measurements right! Open toes are GR8T!

In retrospect, I should have chosen a lighter compression and a larger size. I flew wearing these socks, and initially I had no problems . until a few hours after I landed. Later, the socka were simply too painful to wear anymore. I believe I had chosen the wrong size (too small) and too high compression (should be medium or light for me).I would try these again, however. Initially, I did not like the open toe, but later I realized how helpful it was to not be constricted in the toe area. I…

Pros
  • Can be worn for a variety of activities, including working out, traveling, and working
Cons
  • Could cause itching or irritation if worn too long

Not the best for thin calves

These became loose almost immediately and don't provide the compression I need for my legs. Maybe because my calves and ankles are thin ? But my varicosities are extremely painful when I wear these.

Pros
  • Easy to clean and maintain, so they will stay looking and feeling like new
Cons
  • Not suitable for individuals with certain foot issues
