Oajen 3" caster PVC wheel with 7/16" x 7/8" stem, double ball bearing, pack of 5. 130 lbs rating per caster. PVC wheel is softer, good for hardwood floor or concrete. Ball bearing axle with two 608ZZ bearings. Made in Taiwan.

Smooth, quiet, won't scratch wood floors

Smooth, quiet, won't scratch wood floors and is currently the cheapest roller skate and wheelchair wheel at Revain. I'll update the review if the bearings fall out (seems to be a complaint about some other identical chair wheels). Replaces crappy two wheel hard plastic casters that I've noticed scratching the floor in my home office. No more dragging wheels that don't turn easily enough to roll in the direction you're moving the chair.

Replaces the plastic wheels the chair came with. It's quieter, but not as quiet as I would like. It is used on an aged hickory wood floor, so perhaps the slightly uneven profile of the wood contributes to the noise. Updated 9/2020. Those are actually pretty bad wheels. They make a lot more noise than others I've bought. They were used on the second floor wooden floor and the noise from them was very loud downstairs. Worst Wheels You Can Buy

I live and work in a cat shelter so no matter how much you vacuum and sweep there is always cat dander. Due to mobility issues, I pretty much live in my office chair and drive where I need to. Cat hair is hell for caster chairs. A while back I found that 3 inch wheels were the way to go. However, in my environment they still need to be replaced about every 2 months.
