I'm happy to use my new lifejacket. I'm 5ft 4", 38DD where that counts, usually wear a 12-16 depending on the brand and style and this vest is great in a size XL. It's short enough for my short torso so it doesn't move toward my ears when I sit down. What's annoying is that most life jackets are too long and roll up, creating a suffocating feeling for us tiny humans. 4 stars because I haven't worn it at the lake yet. I bought it mainly for wakesurfing. I bought the WOMEN'S LARGE after measuring myself. I took the basic measurements of the bra below the bust, along the nipple line and above. I used a 40 inch nipple gauge as that would be the narrowest part of the jacket for me. (I'm usually 38C in a bra). too tight. Great fit as expected. The life jacket fits exactly as shown in the video, fits snugly in the zip with plenty of room in the arms and shoulders.

I haven't taken mine to the lake yet but wanted to write a review to help with sizing. With lots of SMALL JOBS and lots of EXACTLY RIGHT ratings, what is it? I say ONLY RIGHT if you do water sports and get in the water and don't like your life jacket pulling over your ears and putting pressure on your armpits.
