Very good experience dealing directly under OTTS

The team are very knowledgeable in their subject area which makes it easy for us as clients when we engage with them about our business needs or project requirements - they can always give you an accurate answer without being too technical! I have no dislikes of this software so far but will update if there's something that i do not like after using some time :). We primarily used OneBoson Teamware Suite (OTTS) solution from onebosonsoftworks previously however was finding out more information…

Pros
  • Very good IT support is given even at weekends which gives much peace mind especially during peak hours!! A highly professional workforce who really care abt customer satisfaction; great communication skills both written word n verbal manner between different departments e.g management vs technicians

  • Not yet experienced anything dislikeable up until now
