Very comfortable. I have a waist 34 but the big one seems a bit big. The leggings under the shorts fit snugly around the middle, but the pocket is useless. I put my phone in this pocket and he falls to his knees. The bottom shorts should be much tighter. I'm buying a medium pair to see if that helps.

Shorts are very comfortable for running. The lining is soft and does not cause chafing or other problems. The side pockets are large but not too deep. The internal phone pocket fell apart after one use and one wash, hence the three star rating. Otherwise it would be five stars. But the crappy construction makes you wonder if they'll be completely ruined in a few weeks after a few washes.

These are great shorts if you are overweight. I can't imagine that if you are tall and have skinny legs they would feel good or stay seated. I'm 5'5" and 182lbs and they fit great but the black lining material isn't constricting, I think I could have gone for an M outer fabric for a better fit feels very light. The back pocket is very small, in case you want to use it for a wallet or a phone, it's more for a key or some bills. The side pockets aren't that deep either. The towel is a very smart design detail, especially now that you have to carry multiple towels to the gym.

I'm a weightlifter and I go to the gym every day. These shorts are perfect for the gym. They are comfortable and the pocket sewn into the compression shorts provided is handy for storing your phone or other essentials. The shorts run small, but the XXL fits my muscular build well. Now for the cons: the side pockets on the shorts don't work. They
