It worked! We saved $1200!

Update: A year after installing it still works great! My husband's 2013 Cadillac ATS had no screen for over a year. The dealer charged $1,300 for the repair. We didn't want to fix it at all but went to return the car and they charged $2,000 for a non-working screen. We found it online, ordered it and he installed it in about two hours. He watched a few YouTube videos and they explained that this version of the screen is good as it has all the OEM features it should have. Reading other reviews…

Better than the original part

I am not one to praise the product but I do take the time to recommend this product to anyone who has had the problems I had with the genuine Cadillac part. . Dealershio has replaced my cue system 3 times (during the warranty period) due to screen cracks. Now that my 3 year warranty is up my replacement cost would be around $1,500. It took me about under two hours to completely remove, disassemble and replace it and it really takes my time and following the instructions that came with this…

Incredibly easy! in spare parts

Well, I think my screen got a "typical crack in the net" due to the heat. Which doesn't make much sense since it's SOMEWHERE in Ohio, even though I just bought a 2015 SRX 6 months ago, the dealership asked for $500. I said I'm not paying, I have nothing to do with him. So they said they would come back to me. They never did BUT I love working on stuff like this so I was too eager to get it in the mail. I have to say everything was a piece of cake. Between shipping, separation, screen…

Be brave. It's worth it.

See if this sounds familiar: My touchscreen in my 2014 SRX stopped responding to touches, but everything else seemed to work. Called the dealer and was told it would cost around $2000 because not only do they have to replace the screen, they have to replace the entire control panel. It seemed wasteful and silly so I started looking for a part to see if I could make it myself. After finding this and watching a few videos it didn't seem too difficult. I bought a car trim removal tool kit here for

It takes guts and muscle to step off the side panel. Just change the screen!

My 2015 Cadillac Cue system got stuck on a warning screen telling me to keep my eyes on the road. I have tried all the hockey machine resources on You Tube but to no avail. I knew the computer was still okay because it responded correctly to voice commands and non-touch screen changes. Hence the bold move of following YouTube's fix to just replace the touchscreen. We ordered the tools for removing parts and plastic trim, they arrived in 2 days as promised. On Saturday morning we fixed the car…

The BEST replacement cue screen for Cadillac!

Thank you! When we drove out of town and noticed the Cadillac Cue had shattered from the corner up, we couldn't figure out how or when it happened, especially since you couldn't feel the cracks. Cadillac was charging $2,000 for repairs so I started my research, read about a class action lawsuit against GM because consumers hadn't met Cadillac Cue in 2013-2015, Cadillac XTS, CTS, ATS, Escalades etc, rather everything will have this problem. , and just knew there had to be another way to replace…

Fixed my stuck cue

We bought this to fix a cue in my 2015 SRX. I first noticed the bottom center of the cue screen becoming unresponsive right after the warranty expired in early 2017. It was just annoying at first because I almost never used that part of the screen. The unanswered area increased and I couldn't hang up at the end of a call because the decline option was no longer working. Annoying, but I was able to use the steering wheel controls to end a call. When it got cold this fall, a broken screen…
