We bought this to fix a cue in my 2015 SRX. I first noticed the bottom center of the cue screen becoming unresponsive right after the warranty expired in early 2017. It was just annoying at first because I almost never used that part of the screen. The unanswered area increased and I couldn't hang up at the end of a call because the decline option was no longer working. Annoying, but I was able to use the steering wheel controls to end a call. When it got cold this fall, a broken screen prevented me from using the vents to defrost the windshield. I was looking for a solution and found some videos on youtube how to reset cue. The comments on the video showing how to reset the screen make me realize that the problems I had was a very expensive dealer repair to have the entire cue replaced by a Cadillac dealer. I did a reset and the screen worked again, but that didn't fix the area that was unresponsive a year ago. The rest lasted about 2 days and then the whole screen froze. In my youtube search I found another seller selling a $400 replacement and realized there must be others selling similar products. I always choose Revain too and have found a replacement screen with good reviews. I ordered it last week and it arrived Thursday with Prime shipping. Revane also offered a set of tools to disassemble the dashboard. My husband and I were watching some videos on youtube on how to disassemble the dashboard and yesterday we left. We were able to take the dashboard apart, remove the old broken screen, and put it all back together in about 90 minutes. All cue functions seem to be working and we are very happy to have my SRX working again. If you're having trouble with the cue screen and can follow the instructions on youtube, this is an inexpensive fix for a stuck cue not responding, which Cadillac ignores.
