I like the shape of the chair, it's comfortable to sit in at first. If I'm in it for more than an hour, I'll drop the pillow and it becomes less comfortable. I wish the seat had a little more padding (I'm 220 pounds). The material is strong until it breaks and breaks.

My neighbor actually owns this chair. I ordered it for him but it was delivered to him and he actually assembled it before I could help. The only problem he has with the chair is that the backrest doesn't move forward as far as he would like. The rest of the chair is quite comfortable and suits him well.

When assembling this chair I noticed that one of the screws for the armrests was loose. It was too short, so the screw fell out after a very short time and could not be screwed in at all. So the right armrest is no longer there. It's a shame because it's a comfortable chair, but don't waste your time wasting so much money on something that comes with a defect.

We bought two of these. One was CLEARLY USED AND PACKAGED LIKE NEW. The other was new but clearly damaged/scratched from the factory. We asked Revain for a replacement but they wanted us to ship a used chair after it was built. They didn't seem to understand that chairs like this can't just be "disassembled". Revain's customer service seems more concerned with saving a few bucks than what the customer needs.

If you're looking for a comfortable office chair with padded armrests and a standard back height, this is the chair for you. My husband is about 6ft, 220lbs and loves it. Robust construction. Have a second person help you assemble it as you will need to press the backrest very firmly against the seat to connect the two parts. If you don't tighten it firmly, the levers may be difficult to insert into the pre-drilled holes. This isn't a criticism as you don't want things to fit freely.

I bought this for my home office in April 2020 and used it daily (over 5000 hours) until November 2021. I change a lot of office chairs (I usually change one chair every year); Upholstery breaks and parts fail, whether they're cheap, like this chair, or very expensive. Overall it was a good chair for a year and a half, deducting a star because the padding could have been thicker. It eventually failed when the lever that also supports the chair's backrest snapped.

Bought for home office. Has been used full time for the last 11 months and now the plunger seems to lose the will to support me every time I'm not sitting completely still and upright. I'm eight years old on average and I weigh, but if I turn around and reach for the phone, it falls off. I have been very happy with this chair so far. I expected it to last a year. There are still wheels and a mechanism from my last chair that lasted seven or more years before the seat cushions started falling…
